Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Marshawn Kneeland has died aged 24.

He recorded his initial touchdown in the Tuesday game to the Arizona Cardinals when he recovered a blocked punt.
"Marshawn was a beloved teammate and part of our family," the Dallas Cowboys stated.
"Our thoughts and prayers regarding Marshawn are with his girlfriend Catalina and his loved ones."
Kneeland was selected by Dallas with the 56th selection of the 2024 draft after his college career for Western Michigan.
His representative, Jonathan Perzley, said his "heart breaks" for the loss of the athlete who "poured his heart" into every moment.
"I saw him strive his way from a hopeful kid at Western Michigan with a dream to being a esteemed pro for the Dallas Cowboys," Perzley commented.
The NFL said it is "profoundly grieved" by the tragic event.
His sudden passing has created a gap in the football world, remembered as a dedicated athlete with a bright career ahead.
