Ukrainian Forces Launches Mass Production of Novel Interceptor Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

Ukraine has announced the commencement of mass production for a new domestically developed interceptor drone to reinforce its air defences. The first three producers have begun production, with 11 more preparing to set up production lines, Ukrainian military officials announced this past Friday.

These UAVs will be based on a domestically developed system known as “Octopus” engineered to intercept Shahed drones.
